Red Nose Day 2011 – well done lads, we feel your pain!

The Broadford Youth Club Senior Girls organised leg waxing for the Senior boys at YClub, to raise money for Red Nose Day. We went to the Co-op after school on Friday before YClub and packed bags and stood outside with money buckets and red noses. The boys also got sponsors from friends and family. At YClub we set out all the waxing equipment on the hall stage and began waxing 6 boys legs. The whole of youth club was watching. The atmosphere was good, everyone together laughing. The boys were screaming with pain. We have some great pictures and videos. By the end of it we raised nearly £400 for comic relief.  Shona Macdonald
